Lastly, we provide our personal routines that allows us to remain at a state of happiness.

This week’s objective is to understand the hidden triggers and to identify the root of causation for old patterns and habits. We live in a realm of cause and effect; as above, so below. We must understand that no one simply desires to respond and react from their low frequency emotional patterns resulting in habits, but instead become consciously aware that individuals are dealing with pains that they have endured during their Earth Journey experience. We operate from our heart energy center and if it is threatened in any way, we develop and react from defense mechanisms. When old patterns surface, take that as an indication that your unconscious mind is at bay, and here is where the ego comes to play. We must look directly at the deep rooted pain site in order to effectively heal the pain and live a higher quality life.
