Michelle Moore is a licensed mental health counselor who co-founded Solace Counseling with her husband Aaron Moore. In addition to working in private practice, Michelle works alongside To Write Love on Her Arms, teaching on mental health issues such as depression, suicide, self-injury, addictions, and eating disorders.
On World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10), TWLOHA founder Jamie Tworkowski and licensed mental health counselor and Peace Club founder Denny Kolsch joined host Lindsay Kolsch for a special live recording. They talked about how people were sharing the You Make Today Better campaign in their community, answered supporter questions, and dispelled some of the myths and stigma around suicide and what we can do to prevent it.

Whitney Wilson lives with her partner in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she serves on the leadership team for a small hospitality group. She loves books, therapy, and Netflix. Stephan Monteserin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Stephan grew up in Orlando and studied Art and Anthropology at the University of Florida. His desire is to assist those who are hurting to pass through their struggles as they acknowledge their pain. He enjoys seeing people grow into freedom from oppressive patterns of thoughts and behaviors.
Aaron Moore is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the co-founder of Solace Counseling alongside his wife Michelle Moore. In addition to counseling, Aaron is a speaker and advisor for To Write Love on Her Arms. He speaks often at universities, churches, and to other professionals about addiction, brokenness, and healing. Aaron also teaches and facilitates our TWLOHA Move Conference.
In the first episode of Season 2, host Lindsay Kolsch talks to TWLOHA founder Jamie Tworkowski about the newly launched You Make Today Better campaign in honor of World Suicide Prevention Day. They discuss the significance behind this year's slogan, You Make Today Better, how you can bring this message to your community, and why we should all push back against the lie that says there's nothing we can do to prevent suicide.
