Hello everyone! This is just a little bit about me and how I got from where I was...to where I am now!
Hello everyone, and welcome to my brand new podcast 'To you, From me ♡'.
This podcast runs side by side my recently published book also called 'To you, From me ♡'. The book is based around helping children cope with feelings of anxiety that they may or may not even be aware of. It combines stories which revolve around feelings that all children can connect with, fun exercises focusing on the breath, which is one of the most important things when anyone is experiencing anxious or panicked feelings, and lastly – illustrations with join the dot pictures behind each illustration for every child to finish off the section with. It has something for every child’s interests, while leading back to the same outcome for all – well being. It is my utmost wish for young children to be able to break the stigma of feeling ashamed or embarrassed about the feelings they are experiencing for whatever reasons that may be.
I can't wait to introduce you to some of my fantastic guests, where we will be jumping straight in to chatting about...well, everything really!
You can now purchase my book online at www.kerry.golding.com
