Having a social life can make it harder to follow through on your good intentions when it comes to food and exercise.
You may go into a situation with a rock solid plan, only to throw it all out the window out of fear of looking weird, having someone say something critical, or being pegged as obsessive and needing to "live a little."
Today I'm talking about how to get over feeling self-conscious about your food choices so you can be more consistent, get better results, and cement your identity as a healthy person.

Most of us reserve celebrating for once we've, ya know, accomplished the Thing.
Today's guest, Joey Chandler, makes the argument that we should actually celebrate *first* and that doing so will help us have more energy, confidence, and momentum to apply toward reaching our goals.
In this episode you'll learn his 5 step process that you can start applying to your daily life to help you celebrate yourself more - and get better results.
Joey Chandler is the founder of Find Your Way Consulting where he helps business owners clarify their core process (how they do things) to achieve their goals, build their brands, and develop their way of doing things. Rather than teaching business owners new things, he focuses on clarifying how they do things already, helping them get better at that, and celebrating their efforts. He lives in Reno Nevada with his son and is an avid skier and photographer.Website: www.joeychandler.net

Most people like weight loss programs with really straightforward rules.
We want to know what's good and what's bad. What's ok and what's not. To be confident that as long as we're following the rules, we'll lose weight.
The problem is that following rules-heavy programs doesn't actually put you in a good position to maintain your results without, well, continuing to follow them.
Tune in to learn which "rules" actually work and how to create them in your own life.

Kerry's rock bottom moment - much like mine - came after binge eating a jar of peanut butter.
When she realized that her binging and purging was going to kill her, she started learning as much as she could about changing the patterns that were keeping her stuck.
What she learned along the way isn't just applicable to food, but to making a positive change in any area of our lives.
If you're tired of telling yourself "this time will be different", only to break yet another promise to yourself, this episode is a must listen.
Kerry Tepedino, mindset expert and industry leader, is the CEO and Founder of the One Thought Away Project, a global company and movement that has influenced 250k+ people to transform their lives.
Kerry struggled with low self-esteem, a lack of self-worth and poor body image which spiraled into a personal battle with an eating disorder. This journey led her to a poignant and defining moment in her life where she got to make a decision to continue down a path of unhappiness and poor health, or find the freedom and happiness that her soul always craved.
Through deep study of personal development, leadership, holistic health, nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and breath work, Kerry created her powerful One Thought Away process, which helped her go from rock bottom to rock solid. She now lives a life that she never thought possible for her.
Her unique process includes mindset mastery, emotional intelligence, self love, and believing that with the proper mentorship, community and strategies… anything is possible.
She is a walking example that you are One Thought Away from having the life you want… or Not. Kerry is excited to support you to lock in the same understanding for your own life.
