We speak to James Diack – chef and owner of Coobs Restaurant in Parkhurst that is celebrating its 7th birthday this month. Most of us are familiar with this fabulous little local restaurant in the High Street of Parkhurst from whence James churns out delicious, organic, top drawer fare.
