I did not ask Tobi out because I was in love. There were no butterflies. No sparks. Nothing like that. But everyone around us could see something we refused to see her friends, my friends, our families, and one completely useless Uber driver who had absolutely no business in our lives.

So we agreed. Four months. An experiment. And I went all in.

What I got back, I was not prepared for.

This episode is for everyone who has ever trusted someone completely, only to find out that the person had a very different version of the story. A version they were sharing with other people. While you were still in it.
