I break down the different pivot styles used by great players, explain how the head, sternum and pelvis move throughout the swing, and discuss why copying another golfer's movement can often do more harm than good. We'll also look at how pivot influences strike, speed, low point and consistency, helping you better understand which movement patterns are most likely to suit your body, your swing and the ball flight you're trying to create
