Yesterday Ivan’s latest filings were denied by the CCA and Fifth Circuit court.
It’s my understanding as of now, the only hope that Ivan makes it past 6 pm today is the supreme court or relief from Texas Governor Abbott.
There will be a gathering starting around 3pm at the Huntsville Unit.
