Sen. Graham: "Of the 1.7 million, how many people are still here?"

Sec. Mayorkas: "I would estimate, approximately 375,000."

@SenTedCruz: "Do you think it is a good idea to pay illegal immigrants 4½ times what we pay the family of a service member who's killed in combat? Will we get more illegal immigration or less illegal immigration?"

Rep. Cathy Castor (D-FL) is asked about Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) saying he opposes a proposed $4,500 federal tax credit for union-made electric vehicles because he thinks they're "wrong" and "not American."

Secretary of State Blinken announces that all U.S. citizens in Afghanistan who wish to, and are ready to, leave have been offered assistance. He also says Qatar will be the U.S. protecting power in Afghanistan.
