God will answer you and his timing, in the right season, in the right way… You just have to trust him! Thank you for joining me for #todaystalk4yourwalk. We need to be walking in the light and love of Jesus. Are your words kind? Loving? Inviting? Or are they harsh, hateful and disrespectful? Our perspective needs to be through the lens of what God says. Is it truthful, loving, kind? Then speak those words! Our fingers are a weapon lately and need a filter on them. We can’t make posts and comments that are offensive and hurt people. Let’s use our words, spoken or written, to build up others. We are to be salt and light as it says in Matthew. COVID, Quarantine, but Fully Alive! I’m so glad you joined me today on #todaystalk4yourwalk. My husband and I are positive for COVID, therefore we are quarantined, and will be for a few more days after this episode. But I’m GRATEFUL! It’s not as bad as it could be. I’m thankful that God has covered many that I was around and they are not experiencing any symptoms. I’m also still walking on a cloud from the Fully Alive weekend! Thank you for joining me for #todaystalk4yourwalk. God has brought you through some stuff, am I right?! Your testimony isn’t just for you; you are to share it with others to help them. I recently had the opportunity to hear a friend’s short version and I was blown away. It’s helped to uproot some things I was carrying around and I’m grateful for it. Sometimes we carry things and then it shows it’s ugly self, and you think to yourself, ‘I thought I got rid of that?!’ Let’s uproot those lies and replace it with the truth of God’s word! You are LOVED, ACCEPTED, CHOSEN!!! Proverbs 4:23 tells us to guard out hearts above all else, and I would encourage you to do just that. It’s in God’s word for a reason! Thank you for joining me on #todaystalk4yourwalk. You ever need to just get out the goodness and blessings of God?! Here’s where Car Recordings are birthed. I forego the fancy microphone (but nice, thank you, honey) and just use what I’ve got! Do you walk and journey through your life looking for God and His goodness? If no, why not? I share about seeing ourselves as God sees us— valued, loved and chosen. Even before you were born, God knew you. He created rest (Sabbath/Shabbat) for US; he didn’t need to rest on the 7th day, he chose to rest for OUR benefit. There’s a reason we are to honor the Sabbath- because He loves us so much that He wants us to experience the blessings of Shabbat. Will you join me in Shabbat? Customarily, Sabbath was honored Friday evening to Saturday evening. That’s my goal, but maybe yours is Monday to Tuesday, or Sunday to Monday. Whatever you choose, be intentional. We play, we rest, no work, God loves us- thanks to Marty Solomon on Bema Discipleship for that insight he shares with his kids. I pray this has helped you and given you encouragement. Thank you for joining me on #todaystalk4yourwalk. Happy 2021! I pray for you to be hopeful, prayerful, focused, committed and allow the Holy Spirit to work in you. Read 1 Peter 1:3-9, you’ll be glad you did! God has great plans for you! He’s not done with you... There are tough times and tough things, BUT GOD, is not done! Search for the Bible verses you need to carry you through, search “Bible verses for (fill in the blank).” He wants you to know His promises, and they are yes and amen! I pray for favor and blessings over you today and throughout the year! You have HIS power inside of you and He can and will get you through anything you face. Trust Him!
