Think Salt Lake City is hot now? There's a scary new global study out that says we'll be hotter than Las Vegas by 2050. The last time I was there, it was 115 in May. This is bad news. Who thinks this is a good idea? Two Utah Scout groups who made their own canoes from pvc pipe and tarp - you heard me - launched them on the Green River for a rapids river trip.
