The New Civil Liberties Alliance just filed a brief asking the U.S. Supreme Court to allow a local business' lawsuit challenging a Federal Reserve rule to go forward. Under an absurd ruling by the federal appeals court in this case, the business' fundamental right to judicial review is at stake.
