Senator Rob Sampson of Wolcott joined us to explain what happened in special session that was held today. The scary thing was, of course, the possibility that the attention of Democrats would turn to tolls. That didn't happen, nor did much else. Even the scheduled work on bonding issues was put off til the fall.
