The Transportation Committee held a meeting, and subsequently a vote, on the tolling bills today. Todd heard State Representative Tom O'Dea brilliantly question the committee whether the state had properly factored in the overhead costs of tolling - specifically the administrative fees incurred every time a vehicle drives under a tolling gantry.
