Steve Gilles, con-law professor at Quinnippiac, briefs us on the Second Amendment case from New York City being considered in the Supreme Court. It seems NYC residents who have a permit for a gun in their homes aren't allowed to transport the gun-- even unloaded, and in a separate container from ammunition-- anywhere except to one of the shooting ranges in NYC.
