ToLahhMat

This week's episode is about a posting in our FB page of a worker who had to tendered resignation within 24 hours out of frustration and humiliation when there were some ideas proposed to the direct superiors but instead got shamed and humiliated in the whatsapp group. What say you? Jomz listen

TLM-Hari Raya edition! In this episode we talk about workers who are working while most of us go on a festive holiday...the unsung heroes! Respect! and we also talk about those foreign workers who are stuck here in SG due to the Covid 19 travel restrictions....

Nobody likes to be scrutinised or discriminate for voicing out during surveys or questionnaires conducted by the company and yet these may still happen in ours...what say you?

Having a work life balance - Is it even possible here in Sg? and we talk about why its possible in other developed countries and what would be the trade-off to have this? Has Covid 19 changed our way of doing things now and the future?

We are back after a long break partly caused by the Covid and settling of personal issues. So now we're back strong and rest assured - the episodes will keep on coming..Stay tuned people!

ToLahhMat is a gathering of individuals whom always felt that there is a need to air and voice out frustations that other working people may face during their worklife.
