Carlos’ character plays Jack who works for The Salvation Army having stayed behind in Nashville while former girlfriend Bella played by Alexa becomes an international singing sensation. Music brings the pair back together. In real life, Carlos and Alexa are perennial partners of The Salvation Army.

- Kristyn Burtt finds out with the crew what the most hated Christmas songs are, talks about their own that makes them turn the music off every time. Kristyn recommends the new comedy series starring Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow called No Good Deed. Plus some other stories from the entertainment world!
