Jason Huffman, Americans for Prosperity Foundation-West Virginia (AFPF-WV) released initial key findings from a lawsuit confirming that radio advertisements, devised by United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Mike Stuart, were paid for at taxpayer expense.
