I share my personal experience of starting a youtube channel. I give you tips and suggestions on how to start a youtube channel as well as surviving it. Youtube is not all fun and glory. It requires determination and lots of self motivation. Before investing your time and money into youtube.... You have to look at youtube as a hobby that requires tons of practice. Don't expect to get rich and famous overnight. Be creative and be consistent on often you post your videos. Every video post is a chance for you to hit the jackpot.

Its tough being a minority at the work place. Ever felt like all the effort you put in at work isn't appreciated or rewarded properly. Perhaps other less qualified coworkers get promoted and you are stuck in a dead end position. Your boss makes it really difficult for your voice to be heard or you lack the respect and support to get your work done. All these obstacles makes it difficult to wake up in the morning and go to work to face people who doesn't value your opinion.
