The St. Louis County Council met today and discussed the potential to bid on a proposed $2 million contract to provide food services and vocational programs for the County Jail. Local tax watchdog Tom Sullivan joins host Ryan Wrecker to lay out the possible concerns regarding the vendor. The St. Louis Board of Alderman is considering a bill on Tuesday that would prohibit anyone who spits, coughs or sneezes intentionally on an essential worker. The penalties range from up to 90 days in jail to fines of $250-$500. Should there be a law that punishes you for sneezing or coughing on someone else?
