"Resentment cannot exist without inauthenticity."
Joanna grew up in the heart of the women's movement in the 70s, and the verge of the divorce movement. After a life changing revelation, she quit her highly successful job in corporate and began her work in exploring the masculine and feminine energies, and helping men and women to do the same. She is well acquainted with the "challenges of being feminine in a masculine business world and achievement-oriented society, and at the same time, she is keenly aware of the challenges men face when living with and relating to a "revolutionized" woman in a modern world, and the evolving societal conditioning to be a "sensitive new age guy".
Ladies,
Have you ever tried to "out-man" men?
Do you struggle to orgasm?
Are you confused why no one is treating you like a leader at work?
Do you not understand why your male partner is being so passive?
What does being that "strong independent woman" really mean?
Are you REALLY happy?
Are you surprised by your own answers to the 4 question energies & intimacy quiz?
Men,
Do you struggle to be the "nice guy"?
Are you trying to make your female partner happy, but it's just not working?
Have you lost that connection in the bedroom?
Are you surprised by your own answers to the 4 question energies & intimacy quiz?
Let's chat.

"A man needs to be all things."
We're in a period of time in modern society where masculinity has become demonized. While we are all capable of unacceptable and dangerous actions, true masculinity is not inherently toxic. Justin Adams is the founder of The Forge Project, which is dedicated to the growth of men by exploring men's mental and physical health, fitness, sexuality, business, and creativity. Its purpose is to challenge the adopted beliefs and self-limiting narratives of men so that they can be liberated to create the authentic lives and sexual relationships they truly desire. We are ALL affected by dangerous societal "norms" and external influences, especially in this day and age, man or woman.
Dive into this convo with us and gain a new perspective. Women, I promise you, you will be better for it and gain a truer understanding of how the other half might be living. Men, it's about time you start self-reflecting, because you deserve it, and we know you don't want to JUST be the "nice guy" - you want to be your best self. Let's chat.

WHO EVEN ARE YOU?
That's a question a lot of us athletes, male or female, ask ourselves after we leave college athletics. But, what if you decide to leave the sport while you're still in college? Friendships, physical health, mental health, hobbies, passions, majors, life choices - all of these flip on their head once you realize how much you're actually capable of OUTSIDE of sport.
Erin & Mia are my best friends and both left our Division I Women's Lacrosse team after their first year, while I stayed. Erin is now a lighting designer for theater and Mia has her own apparel company - both strong women following their passions and paving the way for those after them. Come chat with us.

Episode 15
Have you noticed the shift in female body shaming on social media?
Are athletic women online allowed to show both their more "masculine" and "feminine" sides? ...then why do they get hate for it?
Does exercise bring you more mental/physical energy drain, rather than gain?
On this week's episode I'm hanging out with Emily Coffman, former Division I female athlete, author of the upcoming book "Elite To Everyday Athlete", and host of the podcast "Girls Gone Healthy".
We talk....
• Female social media fitness shaming
• Correcting our need to polarize and internalize when it comes to seeing others' success on social media
• Advice on reconnecting your mind and body in fitness
• How to let fitness compliment your life, rather than consume it
• How to redefine your "why" behind working out

When it comes to dressing the way you want (for all my tombabes out there, that may mean dressing more "masculine") do you stop yourself because your partner *makes you feel* insecure? Or, are you the one who's insecure...?
Find out how to QUIT that habit, and embrace the real you. Let's chat.

Lucky Episode 13
"Get back to where you're meant to be."
In today's episode we're hanging out with Sian McKeever - a top 8% Network Marketer, Online Business Owner, Mentor, Designer, Award Winning Illustrator, Jonas Brothers fan girl for life and self professed Instagram Reel Queen... We talk about her path of natural healing with acne, birth control/hormones, depression, dealing with judgments of women and body image on social media, and why it took her so long to start rocking hot pink nail polish and watch her Barbie movies again.
This is a great episode for those who want to begin the process of loving themselves again, and start giving in to those innate passions and interests we may have buried as we grew up to become "more mature".

Are fraternities really how they're portrayed in movies?
"You take an extra responsibility when you have the letters on your chest."
Today I'm hanging out with Chris Kokoros, former frat bro of Kappa Sigma. Chris dives into all of the realities and false stereotypes of greek life that most of us have preconceived judgments about, especially when it comes to fraternities. We chat about the the inner growth that a brotherhood can influence in a young man, and how to deal with discomfort when put in polarizing situations. Have you shown up for the women and men in your life? What are you doing to stop being a bystander? Let's chat.

Episode 11
When good vibes go bad... In this quick episode we talk about the reasons why "he's not who I thought he was" or "she's not the same girl I met at the bar". Most of the time, it's due to false personas, and what better way to combat false first impressions than exploring the masculine and feminine energies associated with them. We all put up a front, let's be honest, but how can we beat each other at our own game and really find someone worth dating? Let's chat.
