The marketing budget at the Columbus Lowndes Convention and Visitor's Center is a convoluted mess. Clearly Nancy Carpenter has no idea what she is doing. 

What in the world is going on with the check ledger, accounting, and the budget? So much is questionable with the expenditures...let's dig in...

Nancy Carpenter has poor personal money management issues. Why on earth would anyone think she can manage the CVBs multimillion dollar budget? 

In an end run, Nancy Luke Carpenter has gotten a weak and undermanned Columbus Cultural Heritage Foundation to hire her as their Director. No advertising for the position, no board discussion, no ethical oversights...

Nancy Carpenter says, "I don't do tourism..." Clearly, she's not wrong!

It would appear that CVB Director Nancy Luke Carpenter uses her position on the MDAH's Board to feather her friends' pockets or their projects profitability.

Self-promotion or no promotion...that is all we ever get from the CVB. 

Why would Nancy Carpenter not advocate for the preservation of one of the oldest buildings in Columbus? Why did she allow its destruction as a member of the MDAH Board of Trustees? 

Who is minding the store? No one! The politicians - including our District 41 State Representative Kabir Karriem appear to start non-profits and fail to ever file their grants and donations from the CVB or the City or ARPA funds with the IRS. 

Past history of Nancy Luke Carpenter matters in helping us understand the patterns of how she continues to misuse tax payer dollars and government funds.
