In which I mutter to myself about nonsense until I got on my hobby horse about education and schooling and why I didn’t/probably won’t write Ishmael Wang: the Academy Years

Off to a slow start, but I think I have the day right today. Talked about having the apocalypse living rent-free, as the kids say. Wondering where we’ll get water from. Nothing dark there, right?

Nothing to see here. A little lint.

Let’s see if this week can go better than last. I talked about Canoli still at the vet, Eve Online, and about so many of the writers I liked signing with publishers.

The week of medical mayhem draws to a close. We still have issues outstanding with the Auxiliary Cat, but most of the human issues are – if not solved – at least tamped down until next week.

Figured I’d better get in a walk today. I may not get another chance before Friday. Talked about Prosperous Universe, Eve Online, and Galena by Samuel West. Picked some more rye.

I was so early this morning, the street lights were still on for most of the walk. I talked about yesterday’s doctor visit and playing various games.

I got some dehydrated starter from my sister the baker. It’s reconstituting now and I’m looking forward to giving it a whirl. She also sent a bunch of fancy sour dough bread recipes. Should keep me busy.

Just a bit of a breeze, almost chilly. Talked about grass, among other things.

Not much to say. Took my time not saying much.
