You only get the opportunity once or twice to change their mindset before you get rejected. Once that's done then they cease to get involved in what you're doing.

I don’t think we need more people. What are we focusing on? What are we spending our time on? Who are we focusing on? The challenge is in getting a better strategy. I believe God is going to enter us into a time of strategic planning.
