Jesus washes his disciples' feet. Jesus predicts his betrayal. Jesus predicts Jesus' denial.

King Josiah of Judah celebrates a great Passover to return the people back to obeying God. He is a symbol of Jesus to bring the back to God, and Jesus Himself is also the symbol of God's Passover sacrifice to remove our sins from us (1 Corinthians 5:7). Josiah dies in battle after a reign of 31 years, roughly the same amount of years old that Jesus was when He died on the cross.

Jesus Anointed at Bethany by Mary. (A symbol of his glorification but first his death, burial and resurrection.) Jesus' triumphant entrance to Jerusalem, but He predicts His death. The unbelief of the people.

Another boy-king of Judah takes the throne at 8 years old. He turns out to be an excellent King.

The raising of Lazarus from the dead. The evil plots against Jesus' life are engaged.

King Manasseh reigns in Judah for 55 years and he is the worst king, but comes back to God. He is a pattern of repentance like King Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4. Afterwards, Manasseh's son Amon comes to the throne and he is also extremely evil. Unlike his father, he reigns for 2 years, is assassinated, and never comes back to God.

The Good Shepherd - the True Shepherd, the gate, the door - and His people. They are called Sheep because they follow Him only and know that He is speaking truth from God our Father because the Holy Spirit has empowered them with truth and spiritual discernment. They can discern truth coming from Jesus from the falseness and lies (John 8:44) of this present age. The Spirit says to stay away from false prophets and false teachers (Galatians 1:6-9; 1 John 2: 18, 19, Deuteronomy 13:1-5; 18:20-22). Jesus claims to be the Son of God. Jesus and God are one - John 10:30

Assyria invades Judah. King Hezekiah defeats Assyria through prayer and God sends an angel to rout the bigger army. King Hezekiah is near death, but God performs a miracle and adds back years to his life. (2 Kings 20:6). King Hezekiah shows off the riches that God has given him, but is reprimanded by the prophet Isaiah (2 Kings 20: 18)

Jesus heals a man born blind. Spiritual blindness of the religious leaders. Spiritual application for the believer: Jesus washes from our sins, makes us to 'see' in the spiritual realm and 'sends' us out into the world. Jesus accesses and judges whether a person (in this case, the religious leaders) is deliberately blind or not.
