Jeff Arnold (John Judd), a beaten-down 72-year-old Portland car salesman, is actually Tony Pizzaiola, a Boston gangster who’s been in Witness Protection for 16 years. When an acquaintance from his old life spots him at the racetrack, Tony fears that his number is finally up - and the cat and mouse game that follows forces him to rely on parts of his personality he wasn’t sure were still there.
