Hey they’ve got seven weeks before the GOP takes over the White House and the Senate. Dems are saying we can do this – Sotomayor quits, Biden nominates a replacement, and the Dem-controlled Senate installs her before January.

One possible catch:  SHE MAY NOT BE READY TO RETIRE.  Biden’s likely response:  Uh, you do remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg, right?  DO YOU WANT THE CONSERVATIVES TO HAVE A 7-2 MAJORITY??

On November 26 Donald Trump has a date with destiny – he’s due in the Stormy Daniels hush money courtroom to hear his sentence, following his conviction by a jury of 34 felony counts.  Does his election win protect him from incarceration?

And, why did Kamala lose?  I’ll tell you about the two big blunders that doomed her campaign.

People assume that a Trump win means dismissal of the federal criminal cases pending against him.

But, not so fast!  When prosecutors agreed to drop charges against General Michael Flynn, the judge said no!

Yes, judges may bring in new prosecutors to keep fighting, if the think “justice” or “public interest” requires it.

Yes, the Menendez brothers were sentenced to life without parole for shot gunning their parents. But their new lawyer Mark Geragos wants them released, saying he hopse to host them at Thanksgiving dinner next month.

There’s yet another lawsuit against a baker who refuses to create a cake he disapproves of. The latest entry? The customer wants a birthday cake with an image of Satan, smoking a joint.

And, does America have an incarceration problem? Well yeah, we only solve 50% of violent crimes. So maybe instead of “abolishing” prison, we should be doubling our prison budget.

A high school class takes a field trip to court, and little Cindy winds up in cuffs and a jump suit – seems she talked back to the judge when he scolded her for dozing off. Will his honor be looking for a job as a bailiff?
