"You can not make progress without making decisions" - Jim Rohn
Today I dive into the concept behind the simplicity of options. It is known that the less options available the easy the decision. Imagine to yourself would you like a french fries or onion rings? I'm sure you already made a decision of one of the two, or maybe that you don't like either. Though if you have a 50 page menu of all sorts of different foods it can take forever to decide on what you want to eat, or what you're in the mood for, how hungry you are etc. We can extrapolate this concept to our busy lives and hack productivity. Pick the 5 MOST important things to do in a day, or choose less if 5 is too distracting, and start by just focusing on that. Don't get bogged down in all the 'Things to do" that’d could go on for eternity that don't need to take up thought power for today.
Please let me know what you think about this content with a rating or review on Apple Podcasts, or hit my up with a DM on Instagram @NickTroutmanKayak I would love to hear more about the subjects that you are most interested in, or any individuals that you would like me to interview.
