We deep dive into the flaws in women’s healthcare and birth control, specifically the pill and IUD, and share our personal experiences (actually horror stories) while questioning why we’ve all been on under-researched meds with such major risk factors since we were literally children. We discuss the well-known book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, the heavily misunderstood FAM (Fertility Awareness Method) and why “the natural way” is so frowned upon and never recommended by the healthcare industry (spoiler: it’s caPITALISM, baby).
