Absolutely gutted. There are no other words for it.In this video, I’m giving my raw and honest reaction to Newcastle United’s defeat against Sunderland in the Wear-Tyne Derby. It’s one thing to lose a football match, but to turn up with such a lacklustre performance against our biggest rivals is completely unacceptable.

We discuss where it went wrong, the lack of passion on the pitch, and what this result means for the rest of the season.👇 IN THIS VIDEO:The "Performance": Why did we look so flat?Tactical Breakdown: How Sunderland outfought us.Players: Who (if anyone) actually turned up?Let me know in the comments: Who is to blame for this performance? The players, the manager, or the tactics? I want to hear your thoughts (even if it’s just to vent!).If you enjoy the channel, please LIKE the video and SUBSCRIBE for more NUFC match reviews, previews, and news.----------------------⚫️ https://toonunder.com⚪️ Find us on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/@ToonUnderPodcast⚫️ Twitter @ToonUnderPod⚪️ Apple Music and Spotify search Toon Under Podcast👇🏻 NEW: Support our podcast by becoming a Member of our YouTube channel and get some canny perks! 👇🏻Find out more at https://www.youtube.com/@ToonUnderPodcast/joinWith thanks to the incredibly talented Keiran Bowe for his continued support and permission to use his banging music! Keegan hosts Mark as they look back on a week in the world of Newcastle United as another late goal conceded sets nerves jangling ahead of the Wear-Tyne derby match this Sunday.A nervous win against struggling Burnley did nothing for NUFC fans confidence and another late goal conceded in the Champions League raise serious questions about how well we are actually playing and what is going wrong with the squad mentality. We also look ahead to the crunch match of the season as NUFC travel to the dark place to take on the unwashed ahead of a game none of us want, but everyone will be watching, hoping the Man City version of Newcastle turn up more than the Burnley one.----------------------⚫️ https://toonunder.com⚪️ Find us on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/@ToonUnderPodcast⚫️ Twitter @ToonUnderPod⚪️ Apple Music and Spotify search Toon Under Podcast👇🏻 NEW: Support our podcast by becoming a Member of our YouTube channel and get some canny perks! 👇🏻Find out more at https://www.youtube.com/@ToonUnderPodcast/joinWith thanks to the incredibly talented Keiran Bowe for his continued support and permission to use his banging music! There were big performances from the Lewises Hall and Miley. We consider whether Lewis Hall is Newcastle's most important player.

Some positive signs for Anthony Elanga as he continues his adaption, and the defence stands strong again.

What a massive win at St. James' Park! Newcastle United defeat Manchester City 2-1 in one of the most controversial Premier League games of the season. We break down the winning goal, the huge VAR drama that has Pep Guardiola fuming?, and what this result means for the Magpies.

Keegan and Jack review another miserable away day in London as Newcastle again collapse from a winning position on the road.

We try to make sense of the latest capitulation and work out what is going wrong. Tactics? Selection? Players?

We touch on what has to happen to make things right and reflect on the contrast between Europe and the Premier League.

We also look at the moves at Executive level as Peter Silverstone steps down.

An unacceptable, embarrassing, and pathetic performance from Newcastle United.

Many fans are calling the 3-1 loss away at West Ham the single worst performance of the Eddie Howe era, and it's hard to disagree.
