We often feel that we can't imagine life without our tech devices. It seems so difficult to resist the temptation to check our email, browse our social media accounts, or sending a text to a friend.

In this episode of the Happy Hustle Podcast, I share my takeaways during the recent Montana Mastermind Epic Camping Adventure that we had together with 15 high-level entrepreneurs. Being in the backcountry wilderness just focusing on real-life social interactions without distractions from our phones, laptops, TV, etc.

While it may be hard and uncomfortable to unplug from devices, it can be a rewarding experience to be more present and mindful in our other activities and experiences.

Doing a digital detox may sound woo-woo to some, but it's a deeply personal experience. It is about taking more control of our life so we can focus on what really brings us real happiness.

So don't be afraid to disconnect, get outside and enjoy nature's glory.
