He also says that your vacation budget should include “everything”, and he stresses incidental costs like tipping and buying souvenirs. He then talks about other incidentals that can quickly add to a vacation budget. He also gives some tips about planning a dining budget. Bruce also advises visitors to “plan your splurges”, including fine dining or special breakfasts.
