Well, well, well, Adelaide suck.

We talked about how bad Adelaide were against Melbourne Victory and some of the squad problems, as well as a quick chat about what Adelaide's responsibility is to the rural football fans of South Australia.

Then, from 37.02 we completely teed off on the craziness of the penalties given throughout the Premier League weekend, and maybe got a bit carried away ourselves.

This week we quickly glossed over Australia's disastrous week of Internationals, then jumped into the A-League. We went over each squad's ins and outs and discussed Adelaide's chances heading into the first four rounds of the season.

We took a trip back to 2005 to look at the movie Goal!

We picked apart and prodded away at this iconic, yet mediocre football film. Although, we did recognise the nostalgic home it has for many a young football fan growing up in the 2000's.

But there was nothing fun about Australia's disappointing 0-0 home draw with Saudi Arabia. Sam took to the mic for a solo rant about the decision making of the Australian manager, and the way the evening played out.

Another week of drama where most importantly, Juve lost again.

We had a bit of a chin wag about some football, as you should on a football pod, and Tommy found an interesting story about A.I robots.

We once again showed our love for ol' Maxy as we went over the ups and downs of Stan Sports start to football streaming, and try to work out just what the hell Michael Oliver saw in the Dortmund v Ajax game.

Wowzers, there's a lot of football news to have a swing at this week.

Adelaide marched on in the FFA Cup while losing one of it's young guns, and CCM get completely neglected by the new A-League ad campaign. The Newcastle takeover stories keep rolling in, and there was plenty of actual football to talk about in England and Italy, including the top 10 African strikers in the Premier League era.
