Advocates for children are calling on the state legislature to pass "Erin's Law." It would mandate sexual abuse and assault awareness education in public schools for students from pre-K through 12th grade.
It would also require schools to train school personnel, parents and guardians about recognizing the signs of child sexual abuse and where to refer survivors.
