The Palace Theater sits right in the heart of downtown Lake Placid. It's a classic movie house with vintage architecture, a real theater organ. It's a cultural institution in the Adirondacks. This week one of the pillars of that institution whose family has owned the theater for decades, Reg Clark, passed away at age 89. Peter Crowley, managing editor of the Adirondack Daily Enterprise, shares a remembrance with Martha Foley.
