This week we talk about Soaking Up The Good.  Single-tasking, hitting replay, and sharing our experiences with others others are great ways to soak up positive moments in our lives and maximize their benefits and impact.  

On the heels of the eclipse excitement this week, we're focused on Clearing Our Path.  Calling out roadblocks, pressing pause, and encouraging ourselves to keep going are great ways to keep our forward momentum smooth and successful.  

As the Final Four approaches, let's think about Managing The Madness.  Focusing our sights forward, riding the waves, and slowing ourselves down are excellent ways to manage the ups and downs that happen not only on the basketball court, but also in our lives.  

As we head into a new season, it's time to think about Springing Into Action.  By picturing our goals, generating small steps, and sharing our plans with others, we amplify our ability to stay motivated and keep our forward momentum strong.

On the heels of St. Patrick's Day, we explore the idea of Creating Our Own Luck.  By finding the positives, leaving our comfort zone, and expecting good things to happen, we can effectively generate our own experiences of good fortune.  

As we celebrate School Social Worker Week, we think about Using Our Inner Social Worker.  Active listening, pausing our opinions, and following up are excellent ways to be an effective support source for those around us. 

This week's episode is dedicated to Yvonne Lovelady, an amazing friend and educator who impacted countless lives over several decades.  Speaking up, sharing our time, and leading with love are amazing ways to make an impact on others, and come straight out of Yvonne's playbook.  May her love and legacy live on in all of us....we love you, Ms. Yvonne!! 

This week we highlight the practice of Using Our Resources.  Knowing our gaps, scheduling time in our day to learn, and speaking up when we don't have all the answers are great ways to strengthen ourselves and inspire those around us.  

It's important to be intentional about Investing Our Time.  Remembering what we value, monitoring our choices, and saying no are great ways to protect our time and make sure we're saving space for the things and people that are most important to us.
