Topical Resort

Autumn begins and Summer ends this Sunday in the UK, so why not revive one of our old show types and a series of specials we did around this same subject previously on RadioSEGA? Sounds like a plan! Oh, and we also agree on why Thunder Force IV was actually renamed to Lightening Force, and spoilers, it ain't pretty.

SEGA AGES for Switch is finally just around the corner, which means it's time for it to stop messing with my show schedule! Join us for the next 2 hours as we discuss the various other instances of the brand and our attempt to avoid playing Gain Ground! Oh, and Nintendo, because gaming news.

The Topical Resort goes exotic this week, by looking at a PC and its console counterpart only released in Japan. It's the FM Towns and the FM Towns Marty! Join us for some great tunes, and perhaps some you may recognise from other more famous titles...

It's the end of the month, meaning only one thing: jabbering! Coming up is 2 and a bit hours of news, millions of dollars at stake and the world's most depressing birthday. It's all on the line, isn't it?

Even though we've looked at the series before, we never looked heavily at the spin-off titles aside from a glance. Join ViPER today for a look at the various times Yakuza made a wacky unconnected game, like that time they lived in the Edo period, and that time they fought... a zombie outbreak?!

Do you see what I see? Luckily for me, I can see into the future and I can tell you that Shenmue I & II HD will be brilliant, so come and visit the Resort for the next 2 hours as we discuss everything Shenmue!

Daytona turns 25 this month, so what better way to celebrate than by looking at the franchise, and not just the first game like everyone else does! Get ready to DO DO DO DO DOOOO DOOOO all over again!

If the American name were to be believed, it's the console that started it all! Or if you were anywhere else in the world, you'd know they were talking utter rubbish. Either way, it's the Mega Drive! Grab the podcast to experience related chatter and brilliant tunes mostly coming from the glorious YM2612.

This episode has the alternate title of Murphy's Resort, because everything that could go wrong did! Tune in to hear the multiple tech issues and some bad rap. Oh, and the promised headlines from July!

ViPER attempts to breathe some new life into the Vita, whether he was successful or not is up to you! Join us for music, talk, and more awful life jokes.
