Radio personality & New York Yankees announcer, Michael Kay, joined the show to promote his new book "Center Stage" a book covering his best interviews A-Z over the years from his show with names like Mike Tyson, Dennis Quaid & Snoop Dogg.

MLB will be changing some rules when it comes to pitchers & foreign substances as well as any performance enhancing materials for pitchers to help boost offensive production so we talked to our regular baseball expert, former MLB pitcher Kent Mercker who gave us his opinion on the rule change & what it might mean for the game going forward.

The newly hired coach of the Blue Jackets, Brad Larsen, joined the show as we gave him a warm 614 welcome. We asked Brad about about what it's been like taking over as head coach, as Brad is an in-house hire for the team & was in charge of the Power Play for the Jackets last year. We also had a few laughs with Brad & got to know him a little better with a pop quiz.

Author & military veteran, Don Bentley, joined the show to promote his new book "Target Acquired" as Don has taken the lead on the Tom Clancy universe of 'Jack Ryan' & now 'Jack Ryan Jr.'

The one & only Clyde "The Glide" Drexler joined the show to promote the new season of 'BIG 3' basketball coming up on July 10th. Clyde is the commissioner of the league & we talked to him about the try-out process for the teams as well as asked him about his days at the University of Houston with "Phi Slamma Jamma" and his days in the NBA after winning the dunk contest.

Gene Smith, the Athletic Director at THE Ohio State University, joined the show to talk about his new contract he has signed with the University for the foreseeable future as well as touched on the new bill from the state that would allow college athletes here in Ohio to get compensated for their name, image & likeness.

Rock legend, Dennis DeYoung, joined the show to promote pt.2 of his concept album coming out & the album will be his final album released. Dennis talked to us about the circumstances on making the album & gave us his take on a possible Styx farewell reunion.
