For my final episode of Tori Talks Season 1 I'm joined by Tom Anderson, a singer, songwriter, multi instrumentalist and producer! We chat about how she got into both acting and music and how she's navigating her way through the industry as a young sikh woman and as a young woman from Birmingham. For this episode I’m joined by Lauren Iyra who I know from the music scene in Liverpool. Lauren and I had our first writing session together on this day so I thought it would be cool to chat to her on the podcast!

Lauren is going through the motions of sorting out the first collections of songs she wants to release and finalising all of the production, recording ect. I am in love with her voice and I just think she’s so lovely and somebody I really enjoy working with.

I ask her about how her time growing up and how it influenced her decision to pursue a career in music and I talk to her about her experiences working in the industry so far.

We touch on her move to Liverpool, being a female in the music industry and the Dubai creative scene!
