According to a Forum Research poll from this past Saturday, Olivia Chow has the competitive edge in Toronto's by-election race for mayor. The poll found that 36 per cent of decided and leaning voters support Chow. Lorne weighs in on the candidate's appeal and some of the other perceived front runners.
