It's Podcast time people and this week Guy Henderson and Richard Hughes are musing over the business of the last seven days - and a 1-1 draw at Eastbourne Borough followed by a 2-1 win against Worthing.

Wasn't it great to be back at Plainmoor after a 31-day absence - and there were two smashing goals by Omar Mussa and Jay Foulston to entertain the fantastic 3,701 fans in the crowd, only 24 of which were from Worthing.

We hear Paul Wotton's press conference as the manager talks about these games and Saturday's trip to Hornchurch.

And Guy brings up headers and the debate about whether they should be limited, or even banned in children's football! We hear from Wotton about that too.
