Cobourg Cougars head coach Wes Wolfe joins the podcast to chat about team and league news for the Ontario Junior Hockey League club as well as his fundraising marathon run this Sunday.

Port Hope's Rob Snoek joins the podcast from Tokyo, Japan where the Summer Olympic games have just concluded. The three-time Paralympian turned broadcaster did play-by-play for swimming and reporting for track and field during CBC's Olympic coverage. He's currently preparing for the Paralympics during which he will do play-by-play for wheelchair basketball. Rob talks about that as well as the athletes he watched compete at the Olympics. 

Ottawa GeeGees offensive lineman James du Manoir chats about his time playing high school football in Cobourg for the St. Mary Thunder and now at the university level. He also joins the conversation with two-time Grey Cup champion and the 2019 CFL Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman Chris Van Zeyl.
