Kiki Ng is a certified Coach and Trainer of NLP.  Kiki is also a certified therapist with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Some of her clients include British American Tobacco, F-Secure, Sime Darby Medical Centre, Monash University, Brunei Telecom, Texchem Berhad, Intel and Samsung. She curates managerial development programmes and today we will be highlighting Conflict Management at work.
