Welcome to Red Flags, the Episode - also known as the episode where Rory cannot spend an evening alone without getting interrupted by her friends, getting yelled at by her "saint" of a boyfriend, or eating her damn Indian food. We had so much to say about There's the Rub that we split it into two parts, and part 2 is (after a week's delay) here! We talk all about Rory and Dean (it's okay to breakup! We promise!), Rory and Paris (don't freeze any bras!), and Rory and Jess (yes, he's just a friend, but also, blatant flirting alert!). This week, Lorelai and Emily go to the spa! In this episode: Kelly Bishop's no stranger to dirty dancing, but Emily sure is! Luke's apartment construction prompts serious safety concerns from 3 podcast hosts, but not from Luke. We explore the concept of a Sex and the City style Emily (yes, she's obviously a Charlotte, but may be a secret Samantha?), learn that chivalry's not dead - it just wears a blue hardhat and carries an umbrella, and discuss bar eating and pee nuts (no, not peanuts). Join us as we discuss the mysteries of the Caesars, some speculation on Jess's trauma, and Taylor's rise to mob boss of Stars Hollow. And of course, the big questions. Did Luke go out and buy a single bed post Rachel? Is Rory more freaked out about losing an item precious to her, or about what Dean's reaction will be? This episode got unexpectedly dark, with Emily (Gilmore) starting off the episode with who should we kick out of the family mausoleum. Don't worry though, they'll just throw Rory in with Lorelai. Rory somehow becomes the face of censorship in Stars Hollow (and gives us a dark reference out of it), Jess (Mariano) continues to impress us by running with the bits, we get Richard vs Dean round 2, and Taylor is redeemed with a new cardigan! But also is trying to own the entire town of Stars Hollow and create his own seedy underbelly, with Kirk as manager at all of these businesses. Join us to discuss Richard's adventures in Stars Hollow!

Red Uniforms!), Chilton drama (PSAT's! Mean Girls! Poland Spring water bottles!), and of course, termites (Kirk! 15 Grand! Loans!). All interesting things, for sure!, yet none of these events are ever mentioned again in Gg canon. Join as we wonder about Emily's intentions, the crap shack's original selling price, and where the hell did Jess Mariano go? Also in this episode: Sandra cannot say a specific word (in her defense, the word is Algonquin...), Emily tells us all about the Rocky Horror Picture Show (Tim Curry, anyone?), and contrary to popular belief, Jess does not want to steal Jackson's pajamas (Made by Xerox?). What an episode!
