I was thinking about a conversation I had with a friend the other day about the sports world and how working with coaches helps our kids prepare for working with bosses in the future. The rationale of "teach them to deal with bad coaches now so they can deal with bad bosses in the future." I'm used to hearing it, and maybe it's the healing I've been doing, but that argument no longer makes sense. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic as well.
