Melanie Hellige is a Transformation Coach for women who have been (or still are) in toxic relationships. She guides women on an in-depth self-love journey by helping them heal old wounds and trauma, embrace their worth and understand how to consciously relate so that they can finally attract their dream partner. In her 1:1 work and her group coaching programs she combines neuroscience, behaviourism and energy-healing so that you will not only work with your mind, but also with your heart, which is crucial for leading healthy relationships.

Melanie herself comes from years of love addiction, codependency and narcissistic abuse. She experienced severe emotional, psychological and physical abuse before she was able to break free from not only the toxic relationships she was in, but also the toxicity she was carrying in herself which kept attracting the same type of unhealthy partners over and over again. She is now a trauma-informed coach and has helped several women stop playing the victim and stepping into their innate power.
