Barry is new to my university, but he's not new to teaching ESL. He taught at a university in Newfoundland, Canada for many years. He's also a writer and a poet. In this interview we talk about teaching writing and about poetry. Hint: Nancy has simple tastes in poetry (poems that rhyme, for example, by A.E. Housman and Langston Hughes).
