Nathalie and her boyfriend Louis stayed with me five days while they were on their long cycling trip. In this podcast Nathalie and I talked about food, such as common Christmas foods like fois gras, oysters, duck and salmon, and how the French eat bread every day. She told me about a strange ice cream custom they learned when they cycled through Bosnia (central Europe) and about how much they loved Iran. The people in Iran are incredibly hospitable and they have good memories of that country.
