2016 is drawing to a close, and what a year it has been. So much amazing music has been released and so many incredible artists have shone. But forget the Grammys, the real recognition this work needs is here, and it's coming from The Tracks Awards.

Who doesn't love a Sunday? Lay-ins, good food and great company. In many ways it's the best day of the week.

Well, this we spent last Sunday evening in the studio discussing the perfect music to end the week with, just for you, and came up with some absolute bangers.

We're not going to lie to you, this episode is a bit of a ramble. Our relaxed Sunday attitudes lead us down many a tangent, but with plenty of laughs and tunes from the likes of The Streets, Doves, Mac Demarco, Paul Weller and The Stone Roses it ended up being pretty damn huge.
