No matter what the size of the organization, you need to have a compliance program these days. But for smaller organizations, that can be difficult to do, given the reduced resources.

It is far from impossible, though, explains Tracy E. Tracy, Vice President, Compliance and Legal at NovuHealth. You just have to think strategically.
